Traditional buyer-vendor relationships don’t provide the deep product knowledge needed to truly serve soccer customers. They needed to transform standard vendor meetings into something more meaningful—an experience that would create passionate product advocates within their organization. The challenge wasn't just about learning product specs but building genuine enthusiasm and expertise that would translate into better customer service and stronger sales.

DSG asked us to activate the space at Soccer University, an innovative educational platform that showcases how DSG approaches product knowledge and vendor relationships. Through our pop-up flash tournament and on-site activations, we provided platforms for DSG to make emotional connections with players, spectators, and other vendors. The nation's most passionate soccer buyers gathered to learn directly from vendors and MLS representatives in an environment that felt more like a soccer culture summit than a corporate meeting. Hands-on product experiences replaced PowerPoint presentations. Brand stories replaced spec sheets. A new standard for retail education emerged that created authentic product advocates who could share their passion with customers.
